Crashes on 5k iMac

Was excited to see this game at the reduced price. I loved it years ago. I ran the system checker GameAgent on their website. Machine Passed and said WILL RUN on this machine.
Game launches then crashes after the splash video. I feel like I just got taken for $5.00. Too bad I really want to play this game! Maybe (not) someone wil fix this.
